Mentoring our children guarantees them that there is someone (a mentor, life coach and role model) who cares about them, listens, supports, walks with them through life challenges and provides strategies to overcome these challenges . An overwhelming number of young people in Uganda today have no mentoring experience or exposure. Thus Trailblazers Mentoring is working towards closing this gap by working with schools and communities to reach to reach out to 5000 young people in the rural areas through four core thematic program areas of Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health Education and Menstruation Hygiene Management, Sustainable Livelihood and Mentoring respectively.
